Sylwia Minda – Grzyb

I am a certified addiction psychotherapist, and a psychotherapist in the process of certification. I graduated from a school of psychotherapy with a humanistic-experiential approach and a coaching school. For over 15 years, I have been working with young people and adults struggling with addiction and codependency, as well as people with mental and personality disorders, anxiety disorders and depression. I work under regular supervision.

I gained my professional experience working at the MONAR Association – the Addiction Prevention, Treatment, and Therapy Clinic in Warsaw (one of the leading adiction therapetic centre in Poland) Youth Rehabilitation Center No. 3 in Warsaw, the Clinical Psychiatric Ward of the Wolski Hospital in Warsaw, and by participating in international projects.

Humanistic-experiential therapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the client’s potential, self-awareness, and self-actualization. A key role is played by an authentic, accepting, and empathetic relationship with the therapist, who creates a safe space for exploring emotions and experiences. The goal is to help clients find their own path, satisfy their needs, and live life to the fullest in harmony with themselves.
